At Polo Club UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form to ensure your request is processed quickly.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
